Kristin contacted me a few months ago about photographing her awesome family. She wanted a lifestyle session and after hearing her story, I knew I had to photograph them!
Kristin's husband is stationed here in Georgia but the girls live up North. Peter recently returned from deployment and the girls were not able to make it to his homecoming ceremony. They planned this awesome trip to Saint Simon's Island, Georgia to celebrate Peter coming home and them being reunited as a family.
My goal for their shoot was to stand back and let them be themselves and photograph them being them. I am so glad that I did! This family has so much love and you can tell they were happy to be reunited again.
