Recipe Monday!

Hey Y'all!

While I am a photographer, I am also a mom and wife. Finding recipes that my husband and daughter will eat is always extremely hard! I'm sure that some of my clients have the same problem. Starting today, I will post a new recipe every Monday. Some times they will be recipes I like  other Monday's I will ask my clients, friends and family to post recipes they like. Who knows I may even ask other photographers to post a recipe. :)

My first post is going to be my husband and my daughters all time favorite meal.

 Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin Stir Fry:

Ingredients:

-Teryaki Marinaded Pork Tenderloin ( can be found at Walmart)
 -Frozen Stir Fry Veggies
-Soy Sauce
-La Choy Teryaki Stir Fry Sauce Marinade
-White or Brown Rice

First : Cook Pork Tenderloin in oven at 425* for 25-30 minutes. While tenderloin is cooking start water boiling for rice and cook as directed. Pull tenderloin out and insure it is cooked all the way. Check largest part of meat by cut a slit, if it is not pink in the middle it is done.

Then: Cut pork tenderloin into pieces. Put Frozen stir fry veggies in large frying pan and cook on Medium heat until cooked through. Add tenderloin pieces. Add soy sauce and teryaki sauce to your liking.

When rice is done you can add to the pan with some more teryaki sauce and soy sauce or you can place the veggies and tenderloin on top of the rice.

Enjoy!

I hope you all like this recipe! I am looking forward to doing many more!
